Return policy
Items you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you received them. We cannot accept returns after this time has elapsed.
All items returned to us must be:
- in their original condition and have all labels completely attached and sent in their original packaging (pouch included. Our boxes cannot be used as parcel packaging).
- Please return everything that was in your package (thank you card, gift, etc.)
- Items have not been tried on outdoors and have no signs of wear
- The articles have no trace of make-up, tears, stains...
We reserve the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period, missing box, pouches or any other item in unsaleable condition. If our return conditions are not respected, we will be forced to send it back to you at your delivery address. In this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail and will have to bear the delivery costs.
Returns are processed within 14 days after receipt of your package and proof of deposit (excluding weekends and public holidays). Payment will be made to your original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
If you wish to exchange for another product, return the original item for us to process the refund and place a new order.
To return your items to us, you must download, print and complete our return form and include it in the package to be returned to us at the address indicated in the form.
As specified in the form, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
